DELIVERY POLICY

During certain times of the year, we make deliveries to schools and teams at no additional charge.

This delivery option will appear under the shipping page when available (coordinated with the school's PTO or team).

You must have a student enrolled at the school where the delivery will be made.

If delivering to school, please enter the Teacher's Name / Classroom in the appropriate box at the end of the shipping details.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground for a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products are custom-made and therefore are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
